NOTICE OF ELECTION TO REPLACE TWO E-BOARD SEATS
Per YCRCC Bylaw 8.02, Chair Pam Purinton is calling a full Central Committee meeting for the purpose of electing an interim Vice Chair and an interim Finance Chair as Will Boone, Vice Chair and Pam Anderson, Finance Chair have resigned effective Feb.1 or until replacements have been elected.
Red Door, 7 pm, Feb. 4, 2026 ( the monthly scheduled meeting time)
During this meeting of the full Committee, only precinct representatives may nominate candidates; however, the person nominated is not required to be a precinct representative. The interim Vice Chair shall be a man.
According to State Bylaws, this vote only requires a majority of Precinct Representatives present at the meeting (see reference below). You may send a proxy if you cannot attend. Your proxy must live in your precinct but can be either male or female. A proxy form is available for download HERE.

On a side note, a notary will again be at our meeting at 6:30 pm to notarize remaining filing forms. If you personally submit this form, 1) make certain it is notarized; 2) fill in the filing position as Precinct (Your Precinct No. ) Committeeman or Committeewoman; 3) file with county election office between Feb. 17-Mar. 4 (no sooner/no later!)

MTGOP Bylaws Section III part G
In the event of vacancy in any office which entitles the holder thereof to membership on Executive Committee, except for that of Precinct Committeeman or Committeewoman, due to death, resignation, failure to maintain status as an elector of the county, or removal from the county, the vacancy shall be filled by majority vote of the members of the County Central Committee present at a meeting called for that purpose.
